SUBMISSIONS

The Editors invite notes, queries, illustrations, and ephemera on the Scriblerians and Kit-Cats and their acquaintances.  All manuscripts and citations must be double-spaced and otherwise conform to the MLA Style Manual.

     Reviews are assigned.

For notes, we prefer annotations that accompany previously unpublished brief material by authors in our field (letters, poems, journals, the odd laundry list); informative position papers—“stylometry” was a recent example; biographical discoveries.  We shy away from interpretive pieces.  Our ideal is 1500 words, but we run briefer notes—and occasionally those which are longer.

The journal’s editorial offices are at Temple University, Auburn University Montgomery, and Longwood University.

Address all queries and submissions, including reviews, to W. B. Gerard, Editor, Department of English and Philosophy, Auburn University Montgomery, P.O. Box 244023, Montgomery AL 36124 or via email at wbgerard@scriblerian.net.  We prefer email attachments and disk submissions formatted in Microsoft Word for Windows.
